Work closely with our Account Managers to provide impeccable office-based support and ensure a seamless customer experience.Communicate and liaise with customers and international suppliers to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery.Process customer orders accurately and collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to raise purchase orders.Update internal and external reports to keep all team members well-informed about project progress and account status.Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and maintain an organised overview of all projects and accounts.Take charge of general administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.Handle telephone calls in a professional and pleasant manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the packaging industry would be ideal, but not mandatory. We value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.Attention to detail is key, as accuracy in processing orders is crucial to our success.Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.Strong organisational skills to maintain a clear overview of all projects and accounts.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills are required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive annual salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000. As driving is required for this role, a valid driver's licence is essential.
