A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Stockport area for a Sales Progressor.
The role involves managing between 70 and 100 sales files in a well-recognised Estate Agency.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £30,000.
To be considered, candidates must have experience in a similar role and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities include liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales through to exchange.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Stockport area for a Sales Progressor. The role will involve working in a well-recognised Estate Agency managing between 70 and 100 Sales files, progressing the pipeline through to exchange and completion

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

Basic salary £25,000
OTE of 30,000

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:

Strong customer service skills
Experience in role
Ability to progress Property sales through to completion
Excellent telephone manner

As a Sales Progressor , your role will involve:

Liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors
Liaising with other Estate Agents in the chain
Progressing sales through to exchange
