Salesforce Effective Administrator Advert

If so, we are looking for an individual who would be interested in joining a global medical device company as a Salesforce Effective Administrator. You would be providing a range of support from offering training on salesforce to the sales teams to developing and adapting user blueprints.
Role details:
Title: Salesforce Effective Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: £29,000 + per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week (Full Time)
Location: Stockport (Onsite)
Main Responsibilities include:
- Development and Administration of CTM System (Salesforce)
- Completing periodic maintenance and supporting continuous improvement of salesforce.
- Identify KPI's and compliance of sales team activity.
- Implementation and reporting of incentive systems
- Liaise with sales managers to develop incentive scenarios to drive activity.
- Develop a tracking system to increase overall incentive effectiveness.
- Providing solutions to database needs related to sales and marketing.
- Identify development areas and take appropriate actions.
- Integration of Saleforce and IQVIA to perform analysis.
- Reporting and Analysis.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Carry out market research studies as required
Person Specification:
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Proactive and demonstrate initiative.
- Solutions orientated
- Strong digital skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1 year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of MS packages
- Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering Faculty
