This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing RIBA Chartered practice who have worked on various award wining projects across the commercial and residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to hit the ground running on their multi sector projects within their Stockport offices.

To be successful in applying for this role, a Senior Architect will need to be ARB registered and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architect. A Senior Architect will be proficient with Revit and have working experience within the education sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • 5 years working experience after completing a relevant architecture degree
  • ARB or CIAT registered
  • Strong working knowledge of the Education sector, in particular the priority school design process
  • Good design skills for educational projects such as small extensions and large-scale new build developments
  • Proficiency with Revit software
  • Deliver on multi sector projects across the UK
  • Work within the Education Team on technical projects from the planning stage through to New Build delivery
