Prestige Franchised Dealership - Stockport
Our client is looking for a Showroom Host to join their prestigious car dealership in the Stockport area.
You will be responsible for being the first person a customer sees when entering a showroom and making sure that the customers' needs are met. Building a relationship with the customers and assisting them with their car purchase or any questions they may have.
Responsibilities:
Being the face of the store and welcoming customers when they enter
Greet everyone in a courteous manner and positively represent the brand
Build a relationship with the customers, provide them with an exciting experience every minute they are in the Store
Assist customers with their appointments, helping show them around the car before their test drives. and then welcoming them back
Provide customers with answers to any questions they have
Take responsibility of any walk-in customers
Take responsibility for the presentation of the dealership, ensuring that it is clean and tidy and presented to a high level
What you need:
Experience within a customer-facing role
Have energy and the confidence to proactively talk to customers to build a rapport with them
A great communicator who will share knowledge, experience and best practices, you understand the importance of what you do and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver results
Presentable and professional in appearance and communication to customers
Proactive and reactive, able to predict customer needs and expectations
You are natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart of whatever you do.
You have the energy and drive to deliver beyond expectation
You are always looking for ways to build and deliver new initiatives to help improve our store for customers
6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Possibility of permanent employment.
£25,396 Basic Salary
£1900 Overtime
Monday To Friday 8am to 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am to 3pm (paid as overtime)
