Annual Pay and Benefits:
- Salary:£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
- Additional Pay: Performance-based bonuses

We are seeking a motivated Trainee IVA Advisor to join our team in the IVA sector. Based in a supportive and vibrant work environment, you will be a key player in guiding clients through the process of setting up Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
As a Trainee IVA Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understanding their financial situations, and advising them on suitable debt solutions, including IVAs. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your knowledge and skills, allowing you to confidently guide clients toward financial stability.
Your duties as a Trainee IVA Advisor will include:
- Conducting initial consultations with clients to assess their financial situations
- Advising clients on the IVA process and other debt solutions available to them
- Gathering and verifying client information and documentation
- Working closely with the IVA drafting and case management teams to ensure smooth processing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
The ideal Trainee IVA Advisor will have:
