What will you be doing as a Workshop Operative?

  • Dressing various components to meet quality standards
  • Shot peening and hammer peening components according to specifications
  • Gauging components to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Performing general housekeeping and labouring duties, including emptying bins, brushing up, mopping, and occasional painting
  • Complying with Environmental Health and Safety Policies and identifying hazards before starting work
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
  • The ability to work safely and efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing conditions
  • A Stacker/FLT License is desirable
