Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (on-call at the weekends)

Client and Role:
•    Our client is a children’s 4 bed residential care home. 
•    The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life, whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met.
•    Leading and inspiring a staff team and taking responsibility for their training, development, supervision, and rota's.
•    This role is about being a positive role model to the children and young people.
•    Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home.

 

Successful Applicant:
•    Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting.
•    Must hold a full and valid UK driving license.
•    Hold a Level 4 Children Young People & Families Practitioner.
•    Have experience with OFSTED.
