Join a leading care provider as a Training Administrator and support their Learning and Development department. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital processes for staff qualifications.
- Register and claim certification for learners.
- Liaise with internal managers and external Awarding Organisations.
- Book mandatory training sessions and courses for staff.
- Maintain training databases and handle phone/email enquiries.
- Set up training rooms and support trainers.
Requirements:
- At least one year of admin/reception experience.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good keyboard skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
