A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking an HR lead to support its growth plans.
Candidates should have HR Generalist experience and the ability to influence at middle/senior manager levels.
The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HR systems.
The position offers a salary of £60,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
This hybrid role involves three days in the office and two days working from home, with an interview process spanning three stages.

Your primary role with be to deliver and support efficient services to the business ensuring that all processes and procedures are actioned accurately to support the delivery of organisational objectives.Ideally you will have:

The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within HR and the rest of the business.
Experience of effective challenging and influencing at middle/senior manager level.
HR Generalist experience.
Proven experience of working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Good oral and written communications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience of working with HR systems.
Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

We are looking for someone to start over the next 6 weeks and the interview process will be across 3 stages. Please note this is a hybrid role which will be 3 days in the office – 9am -5.30 and 2 days working from home.
