I have a great opportunity for a HR lead to join a successful organization within the pharmaceutical sector. Due to the companies plan for growth, I am keen to speak to individuals who are looking for a challenge and who want to take a lead on assisting with the company’s growth plans. Your primary role with be to deliver and support efficient services to the business ensuring that all processes and procedures are actioned accurately to support the delivery of organisational objectives.Ideally you will have:
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within HR and the rest of the business.
  • Experience of effective challenging and influencing at middle/senior manager level.
  • HR Generalist experience.
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Good oral and written communications.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of working with HR systems.
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
We are looking for someone to start over the next 6 weeks and the interview process will be across 3 stages. Please note this is a hybrid role which will be 3 days in the office – 9am -5.30 and 2 days working from home.
