Exciting temporary (6 - 9 months depending on business need) part time HR Advisor required for one of Stockport's most reputable employers.

Part time 4 days per week

HR Advisor - with focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

I am recruiting for a very exciting HR Team that require temporary cover for a maternity leave to begin in December ideally for between 6 - 9 months.

Salary is circa £42,000 pro rata and role will be hybrid after induction process with 1 day working from home.

Occasional travel will be required but will have advanced notification of this and it will be infrequent and closely planned.

Ideal candidate will have a passion for effective recruitment, talent acquisition and supporting a fast paced professional team with recruitment planning and delivery.

Ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified at Level 5 ideally or working towards and will have proven experience of talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

- work with line managers to collate and confirm vacancies

- develop and write effective job descriptions

- liaise across HR team to align with talent acquisition process and planning

- take part in external recruitment events, market the vacancies effectively and liaise with candidates professionally

- shortlist and communicate with effective feedback methods

- utilise work assessments including psychometric testing

- conduct interviews and recruitment activity with line managers

- commit to occasional UK travel for the needs of the business and overnight stay if required
