Robert Half have partnered exclusively with a growing scale up SaaS business within the Gaming Systems industry. My client is looking for an entry level technical support assistant. You will be joining a quickly growing company working in the land based gaming systems industry. They are the UK's leading independent system supplier, installed across 300 sites, having processed over £1bn+ in tito transactions.
In this role, you will join the exisiting technical support team of 2 people. Main responsibilities include answering support calls, troubleshooting common issues, directing customers to user guides and support resources. My client is looking for someone with an aptitude to learn, and a passion for technology.

Salary: up to £27,000 p.My client offers hybrid working from their Stockport offices.
