As an M&E Design Manager, you will lead the design and engineering efforts for mechanical and electrical systems across a variety of construction projects.

Your role will involve overseeing the entire design process, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. Collaborating closely with pre-construction, project management, and service teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective building services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design process for mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop bespoke design solutions.

  • Oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with pre-construction and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
