Job Opportunity

Joining our team as a Senior Calibration Technician you will be responsible for calibrating measuring equipment to ISO9001, BS EN ISO 17025, and customer specification in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS publications, and other internationally recognised specifications. Maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing the Trescal EMS management systems. You will also participate in external/internal audits as required by the Trescal Quality Manager within the Trescal facility.

Essential Skills

  • Ideally a technical qualification such as NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or above.
  • Good understanding of Windows-based (Excel and Word) and laboratory automation software.
  • Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
  • Ability to create and calculate uncertainty of measurement.
  • Able to understand / interpret circuit diagrams will be advantageous.
