Key Responsibilities of the Protection Advisor:

- Conduct thorough fact-finding, analysis, and documentation for each customer interaction
Required knowledge and experience for the Protection Advisor role:
- Experience within Financial Services
- Confident telephone manner
- Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
- Strong customer service and organisational skills
- CeMAP or RO5 qualification
