An enthusiastic Sales Support Advisor is needed to join the team at this leading insurance brokerage based in Stockport on a full-time basis.
They have been providing commercial insurance policies for 15 years, and due to their continual growth, a new opportunity has arisen within their office. About the Role
The role primarily involves receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls in order to verify fleet Insurance details from prospective clients.
They would expect the successful candidate to develop their skills towards attaining promotion to the position of Fleet Sales Advisor.
Their business has gone from strength to strength and is now a well-known household name within the Motor Trade Industry. This team deals with complex motor insurance risks as well as standard ones.
Desirable Experience:
- Fleet Insurance preferred, although experience gained in other areas of Insurance will be considered
Desirable Skills:
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, coverage options, and industry regulations
- Familiarity with specific motor insurance products, including their features, benefits, and pricing
- Effective sales and negotiation abilities to communicate value, address objections, and close deals
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide support, address inquiries, and handle claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain insurance concepts and actively listen to customer needs
