You will be responsible for ; - Explaining the benefits of not using their own insurer (i.e excess fee incurred, higher insurer premium) - Make a decision on liability and obtain relevant evidence. - Carrying out an initial first notification call - Sourcing a replacement vehicle. - Placing repairs appropriately within their localised or national partner network.
