- Handling queries from clients and providers
- Managing your own workload through a diary system
- Issuing, chasing, and processing letters of authority
- Produce client portfolio valuations from a variety of providers
- Reviewing regulatory documentation and ensuring all is accurate and up to date
- Assisting with general administration duties when required
- Good working experience within a Financial Services environment
- Some pensions and or investments experience is desirable
