NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a highly professional and established firm of Chartered Financial Planners based on the outskirts of Stockport. Working as part of a small, friendly and steadily growing team, our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator who also offers exposure to writing reports. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a hybrid role of Admin and Paraplanning - someone who is keen to gain more exposure to the technical side of the business.

Working as part of a very busy and demanding team environment the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of technical and highly qualified Consultants advising on Investment and Pensions, plus a range of Specialist Products, daily duties will be varied consist of;

  • Organising Client meetings
  • Carrying out new business processing
  • Creating Client valuations
  • Preparing illustrations
  • Writing suitability reports
  • Carrying out basic research
  • Producing quotes
  • Preparing meetings packs for Advisers

Candidates should have experience of using a back-office system alongside Provider Platforms. Experience of processing Pensions and Investments business will also be beneficial. Our Client will provide financial exam support to the successful candidate and will offer a genuine career path with a friendly and well structured business.
