The Role:
As an Architectural Technologist, you will take the lead in technical project delivery, working across all RIBA stages with a strong focus on detailed design, construction coordination, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed design and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and Planning policies.
- Engaging with clients and contributing to technical discussions.
About You:
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning legislation.
- Experience across all RIBA stages, particularly technical design and project delivery.
