This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established Multi Service Law firm who have buoyant Dispute (Civil and Commercial Litigation) and Employment law work.The Employment Solicitor will:* Ideally have advocacy experience and exposure. * Able to provide advise to Claimant and Respondent client base.* Providing advice to clients on TUPE transfers including when does TUPE apply, obligations to inform and consult, and changing terms of employment.* Advising clients on termination of employment including redundancies, business reorganisation and settlement agreements.The Employment Solicitor will:* NQ-5 Years PQE within Employment law. * Ideally have exposure of advocacy* Strong Employment law knowledge. * Negotiate with solicitors representing opposing party where appropriate.* Prepare court papers where necessary interviewing witnesses/taking statements/instructing barristers etc.* Ensure effective completion of administrative tasks particularly maintaining accurate, detailed client files and completion of Law Society and other required documentation.If you are interested In applying for this position please contact Millie @ Simpson Judge Legal today.
