An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to play a key role in a well-established practice. Running a mixed caseload of files with varying complexity. Dealing with a busy caseload of residential property files in a relaxed and close team.Key requirements of the role:
  • Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently and taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
  • There is great scope for progression in this business and continued training from the highly experienced lawyers in firm.
  • Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
  • To be considered for this role you must be an experienced conveyancer. It is not essential but preferred if you have qualified as Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
