Residential Conveyancer – Stockport

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills in residential property fee-earning work? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a team and manage the full spectrum of residential property transactions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client matters accurately and reliably, adhering to quality and risk management procedures
  • Generate fee income and manage time recording, billing and cash collection to meet targets
  • Participate in business development and marketing activities to promote the firm
  • Supervise and support colleagues' fee-earning work during absences and holidays
  • Attend to clients in person and on the telephone, providing professional and friendly support
  • Manage correspondence and documents through the case management system
  • Maintain and nurture a network of contacts and referrers to promote the firm
  • Develop and maintain IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice

Skills & Attitude:

  • Aligned with the firm's mission statement and core values
  • A team player, efficient, well-organised and timely
  • An effective communicator by telephone, face-to-face and in writing

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in fee-earning work as a Conveyancer or Paralegal
