Residential Conveyancer – Stockport
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills in residential property fee-earning work? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a team and manage the full spectrum of residential property transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client matters accurately and reliably, adhering to quality and risk management procedures
- Generate fee income and manage time recording, billing and cash collection to meet targets
- Participate in business development and marketing activities to promote the firm
- Supervise and support colleagues' fee-earning work during absences and holidays
- Attend to clients in person and on the telephone, providing professional and friendly support
- Manage correspondence and documents through the case management system
- Maintain and nurture a network of contacts and referrers to promote the firm
- Develop and maintain IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice
Skills & Attitude:

- A team player, efficient, well-organised and timely
- An effective communicator by telephone, face-to-face and in writing
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in fee-earning work as a Conveyancer or Paralegal
- Relevant qualifications for the role
