We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trade Counter Operations Manager to join our growing team in the luxury retail sector.

You will oversee day-to-day operations at our trade counter, ensuring outstanding service and operational excellence while managing client engagement and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
