Designing machine tooling, work holding, and cutting tools
Driving process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives

Collaborating with Design, Quality, and Operations teams

What You Need:

HNC qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering + time-served apprenticeship
2+ years in a Production Engineering role
Experience in CNC machining, milling, and turning
Knowledge of TPM, lean methodologies & process improvements
Hands-on AutoCAD/CAM experience
