Join a dynamic and leading Finance firm as a Client Relationship Administrator and kickstart your career in the industry. We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with two years of experience in an IFA practise.

You'll play a vital role in supporting our team of financial advisors by effectively managing client relationships. As a Client Relationship Administrator, you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requests and inquiries are promptly addressedMaintain accurate client records and update relevant information in the databasePrepare and process client documentation, including account applications and transfer formsAssist financial advisors with scheduling client appointments and managing their calendarsMonitor and track client communications, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficientlyCollaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding processesProvide general administrative support, including organising meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing reports

Key Requirements:

Two years of experience in an IFA practice or similar financial services environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable working with databasesAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracyA professional and friendly demeanour
