Your Role:As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your allocated clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. From managing customer enquiries to coordinating workflows, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to client enquiries and ensuring satisfactory resolutions
  • Updating clients on job progress and providing professional support
  • Showcasing our client's online portal, TAM2, with confidence and expertise
  • Coordinating on-site workflows to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal departments to achieve customer objectives
  • Preparing accurate quotations and managing pricing input
  • Handling office administration and reception duties as required

What We’re Looking For:To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or sales
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask
