Description

  • Develop and execute production schedules in line with company goals.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation of production processes.
  • Identify and address any production issues, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Profile

A successful Production Planner should have:

  • Excellent admin skills
  • Experience in a production environment is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Confident with presenting morning meetings
  • Must be ready to work 5 days a week in the office - no hybrid!
