Role: International Sales & Marketing ExecutiveÂ
Salary: £35,000 DOE + Company Bonus Scheme
Location: Stockport – HYBRID working – 2 days in the office

Reed are delighted to be working with our long-standing client in their search for an International Sales & Marketing Executive to support with their ongoing growth plans and client delivery.
In this role you’ll be part of a small but forward-thinking team, who work collaboratively to provide exceptional service to their customers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to immediately impact on the performance of the business and will be given exposure to the wider executive organisation
You will be responsible and accountable for the company’s Sales, Planning, Procurement and assist with Marketing Activities; the marketing element of this role will be supported by their Marketing Team.

Responsibilities
- Responding to online and telephone enquiries.
- Calculate costing, produce quotations, and support customer sales enquiries.
- Management of Salesforce Leads and Opportunities creating new records and up dating with relevant information.
- Liaising with Distributors, Partners and Rental associates in order to facilitate their requirement for quotations, supporting product documents.
- Work alongside the Sales and Logistics Executive with management of the Customer Inbox.
- Answering incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
- Working with Shipping to obtain same day freight quotes to support 24-hour customer quotation KPI (training provided).
- Reporting to General Manager directly on procurement of new business
- Working with various team members at Trade Shows, Conferences and Face to Face meetings with potential opportunities and existing customers – this will entail International Travel (paid for).
- Working alongside Business Manager to understand production planning and scheduling with Sub-manufacturers and weekly reporting of production activities to the wider team.
- Understanding Purchase order placement for sales orders and stock
- Purchase order management and expediting.
- Processing goods receipts.
- Working alongside Sales and Shipping Executive to provide customers with shipping support as and when required.
- Analyse and Report costs & performance relating to sales & marketing activities.
About you!
- 5 years’ experience dealing with sales processes, including face-to-face business customer engagement
- Proficient on CRM systems, such as Salesforce and SAGE
- Confident and adept on Microsoft Excel
- Well organised with a passion for attention to detail
- Full clean driving license
- Passport
