Our client service the marine, energy and industrial sectors and due to growth are looking for a customer focused Technical Support Engineer on a permanent basis.   • Provide technical support to internal and external customers and departments.
  • Accurately identify parts for customer RFQs, using records and engineering drawings.
  • Create quotes and costings.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot on RFQ’s and enquiries
Technical Support EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Well versed in carrying out a similar technical support role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/electro-mechanical systems
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and BOM’s
  • Experience of costings and creating quotes
