As a Production Technician, you will play a pivotal role in assembling their innovative solutions, ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to specifications.
Working Hours:
- 4Day working week with flexitime included.
- Building open from 6:00am until 6:00pm
- Core working hours are 8:30am - 2:00pm
Job Purpose:
To complete jobs correctly and efficiently in accordance with the Production Package/Works Instruction.
Main responsibilities:
- Build the job to specification, to the highest of quality standards.
- Book the job through the process.
- Complete jobs in a timely manner, as per the Works Instruction despatch dates.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient working area.
- Raise ECRs and provide feedback to Cell Manager.
- Seek-out continuous improvement ideas, raising these with Cell Manager accordingly.
- Be pro-active and flexible in developing new skills, through cross-cell training.
