Description
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules and appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all relevant documentation is available
- Handle all incoming correspondence, prioritising and responding as necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring easy access to documents
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- A strong educational background, preferably in business or a related field
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within the property industry
