Description
The key responsibilities of a Personal Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the three Directors
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage agendas and take minutes on behalf of the Directors meetings
- Work with politicians, regulators, and other agencies
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Support and organise a range of events
- Ensure buildings facilities, security and health and safety is reported and maintained
- Liaise with clients and staff on a professional level
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Background managing a varied workload
- Ability to work under pressure and have a forward thinking approach
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working flexibly and contribute to the development of services
- Thinking strategically and creatively to successfully problem solve
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to commute to Stockport
