We’re looking for a Production Manager to join a leading manufacturing team at their modernised facility in Bredbury, Stockport.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.
What’s on offer?
- £38,000 - £45,000 per year (d.o.e)
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm OR 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Production Manager?
- Overseeing the day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Implementing and maintaining quality control standards
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the production team
- Planning and allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Monitoring production costs and working within budgetary constraints to achieve financial targets
- Working closely with other departments, including design and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a management role
- A degree in either production management, business administration or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
