The Role
As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
- Drive automation in product design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering automation projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and refine work instructions for automated processes.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A MSc/MEng or equivalent in automation, optical, or laser systems.
- Proven experience with automated assembly and mounting processes for optical systems.
- Expertise in manufacturing productivity control and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
