Primary Teachers in Stockport - You’re in demand!

 

GSL Education are looking for regular supply staff to service the need for short term supply in Primary Schools across Stockport and surrounding areas. We are working exclusively with several primary schools and have seen the demand increase for local Teachers. This is ideal if you’re someone who wants to choose where and when you work. If you’re wanting to get back into teaching or just starting out in teaching, we can help you. Naturally, these bookings do lead to long term positions and contracts.

 

Roles catered to your needs:

 

The roles will vary with your consultant always aiming to fulfil your work requirements. We get daily requests for teachers to cover classes from EYFS through to KS2 with lessons usually pre-planned for you.  Your job is to ensure pupils are fully engaged and meeting the learning objectives. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the pupils and should be confident in building relationships with both staff and pupils. 

 

Requirements: 

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS). 

• Experience in teaching. 

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students. 

• Commitment to continuous professional development.
