SEND Primary Teacher QTS- Specialist Provision in Stockport

Simply Education is excited to partner with a fantastic specialist provision in Stockport, who are seeking an empathetic and dedicated Fully qualified SEND Teacher QTS to join their team on a permanent contract. This opportunity is ideal for an SEND Primary Teacher who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with social and emotional mental health (SEMH). The school would be interested in hearing from SEND Primary Teacher who would be interested ina full-time or part-time contract.

About the School:
The school is a specialist independent school for secondary-age children with SEMH needs, based in Stockport in Manchester. They create an inclusive and nurturing environment which empowers each individual student. The school offers a child-centred approach to learning, with a full national curriculum and vocational pathways, including Unit Award Schemes, GCSEs, and BTEC qualifications. The focus is on the needs, interests, and learning styles of each student.

About the Role:
The school is looking for an SEND Primary Teacher to deliver lessons to small groups of 4 to 5 pupils, supported by a teaching assistant. In this role, you will be planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the needs of the pupils.

* Support students in re-engaging with their learning.
* Model high behavioural expectations and create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
* Build strong relationships with students, inspiring and motivating them.

Ideal Candidate:

* Secondary or Primary trained with Qualified Teacher status (QTS)
* Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching strategies.
