- Completes CPD and attends all training/development sessions where required.
- Displays excellent understanding and implementation of the appointment booking process. Â
- Displays excellent knowledge of the customer journey from initial contact to completion and supports both the customer and adviser through this.
- Shows excellent understanding of the pipeline/case management process and shows willingness to take ownership of this to produce positive outcomes for both the customer and the business.
