CDL are looking for a People Analyst, who will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting employee data to provide insights that will help shape our HR strategies and improve overall employee experience. 

You will manage HR data systems, perform in-depth analyses of talent metrics, and generate insights that help shape our employee experience and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.

You will work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions are made to enhance our workplace culture and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of our People Analyst:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret employee data from various sources.
  • Collate payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure payroll processes adhere to company policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, while managing queries related to pay discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as recruitment, retention, employee engagement, diversity, turnover, and compensation.
  • Identify trends and patterns in employee data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior leadership and HR to monitor and analyse people data and payroll in real-time.
  • Conduct surveys and analyse feedback to assess employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs based on data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
  • Ensure all payroll and HR data is handled in compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise required from our people Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or people analytics role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and principles is a plus.
