Year 4 Teacher

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. Your focus will be on nurturing their self-confidence, fostering natural curiosity, and igniting their desire to learn. Through your guidance, our students will develop critical thinking skills, enabling them to reason and make informed choices throughout their lives.

Key responsibilities

Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives for Year 4 pupils

Individualised Support: Identify and address the individual needs of students, providing additional support or challenge as required to ensure their academic and personal growth.

Formative and Summative Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and use data to inform instruction and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning, mutual respect, and student engagement.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, including regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD): Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth by engaging in regular CPD opportunities, staying up to date with current educational practices, and implementing new strategies in the classroom.

Essential Requirements
