Description

The duties include:

  • Ensuring data is captured accurately, efficiently and robustly
  • Part of the group payroll team responsible for:
    • Operating the payroll of all entities across the group, plus future acquisitions, using Payrite Payroll
    • Process starter & leavers, ensure all statutory obligations are met in relation to SSP, SMP etc
    • Collation and input of timesheets, expenses and overtime payments along with variable data each month
    • Processing and updating company T&A systems
    • Ensure accuracy of information for HMRC
  • Ensure compliance in line with HMRC requirements
  • Resolve employees queries regarding payroll

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have basic experience in payroll - Desirable
  • Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft packages - Essential
  • Be driven and keen to build experience in payroll - Essential
  • Be organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
