- Manage the processing of starters and leavers, ensuring accurate statutory deductions and third-party payments.
- Update and process company Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
- Handle payroll processing for all staff using Payrite and Sage systems.
- Distribute employee correspondence, including pay slips, P11Ds, and P60s.
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Compile detailed monthly and yearly reports.
- Assist with the reconciliation of expenses.
- Previous experience in a payroll-related role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and software.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
