RG Consultancy are working with a Stockport based business who are recruiting a payroll administrator to join their medium sized finance team. You will work in a small payroll team and report back to the Payroll Manager. The company are growing at a significant rate so this is a very exiting time to join the business.

The Role

  • To support the end-to-end payroll process for a portfolio of company clients
  • Process payroll and produced payslips per clients requirements
  • Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll
  • Assessment of correct PAYE and National insurance on payslips
  • Input correct P45/P46 information
  • Calculations of SMP/SSP/SAP
  • Auto enrolment pensions
  • Dealing with general payroll queries

The Person

  • At least 2 years experience as a payroll administrator/payroll clerk
  • Up to date with current legislation
  • Good customer service experience
  • Use of SAGE payroll or similar system is an advantage
