We’re hiring for an organised Payroll Assistant to join a manufacturingfacility based in Bredbury. Joining a supportive team, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with regulations.

What will you be doing as a Payroll Administrator?
- Administering weekly / monthly payroll utilising a combination of outsourced services and direct processing methods
- Supporting the oversight of time and attendance systems by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Providing payroll / accounts support to the accounts department
- Conducting supplier statement and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing financial duties such as bank statements
What do you need?
- Previous payroll experience and good knowledge on payroll software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks etc.)
- Competent with Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Any experience working within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
