Payroller

Bramhall

£26,000 - £30,000

The Business

This firm of accountants is unbelievable; it has one of the most impressive offices I have seen and so many staff rewards, perks and incentives that it will be difficult to fit them in one advert.

Employee owned it means when the business does well you get rewarded - with profit related bonuses paid out twice a year they have one due this month which is averaging £5,000 making a substantial difference to your earnings.

Add to this annual incentive trips for the entire business which over the last few years have included Vegas, Barcelona and Budapest; there are also quarterly events across the UK, a summer event at the races and an annual black tie and awards ceremony in Manchester.

They have a Health Plan, holidays that start at 26 days plus bank holidays and rise to 29; an enhanced maternity and paternity programme alongside some amazing offices which have their own games room, fully stocked bar for after work drinks on Fridays and loads of chill out areas.

The Role:

Working in a team of 8 you will be processing contractor payrolls on a weekly basis; this role is fast paced, high energy and has lots of moving parts. You will be on-boarding new contractors, collecting and processing timesheets, raising and sending out invoices and handling any payroll queries.

Due to the nature of the industry anyone applying will need previous experience in a payroll environment; ideally dealing with contractors however bureau or in house payroll is also being considered.

The Opportunities:

The business is growing and growing fast, there is a structured progression plan for anyone who works in the payroll team with different levels including Juniors, Seniors and Team Leaders so no matter what your career aspirations are this business can meet them. There is a full study package available for anyone interested in the CIPP Qualification and all the support you could need to get through it.
