You will have the opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and implementing commercially focussed SEO strategies for multiple clients. The role demands a deep, contemporary, level of Technical SEO expertise, as well as an innovative, data-driven, analytical and commercially focussed approach to SEO strategies. You will be as strong with on-page content optimisation as you are skilled at technical SEO techniques.
Responsibilities
· Undertake a leading role in planning and managing all SEO planning, activity, and implementation. Be the driving force behind SEO strategies for our client campaigns.
· Take the lead on Technical SEO projects. Identifying technical SEO issues and determining and communicating the required solutions to developers.
· Creation of documentation for developers, to implement your technical solutions.
· Research, write, optimise and report on customised and targeted SEO landing pages (or content resources) to maximise the effectiveness of organic search campaigns.
· Carry out competitor analyses, backlink audits, site speed and detailed technical SEO audits using industry standard tools and use to make evidence based, prioritised recommendations
· Deliver performance insights and client reports whilst helping to develop client-specific reporting dashboards
· Use your analytical skills to uncover and deliver commercial gains through our campaigns and be able to make the most of different SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Top Visor, Looker studio and more.
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Skills & Experience - We're looking for someone who has/is:
· 4+ years SEO experience in an agency environment
· A strong track record driving growth in organic traffic and revenue for e-com and lead-gen clients
· Particularly skilled in technical SEO & Core web vitals
· Passionate about SEO and improving website performance.
· Proven track record solving complex and strategic problems, such as algorithm update impacts, interest shifts, or search demand shifts
· Sufficiently skilled in understanding search engines, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and popular CMS platforms and frameworks
· Knowledge/ability of JavaScript SEO/Optimisation
· Analytical (skilled in GA4, Google Tag manager, Conversion tracking, Google Search Console and industry tools and platforms)
· Specialist skills across the entire breadth and scope of SEO strategies and activities
· Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience on international SEO implementation.
· Organised, thorough, with a keen attention to detail.
· An intuitive thinker who is willing and able to work autonomously. A self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Used to delivering to a high standard despite pressure of deadlines.
