As an HLTA, you will: Support teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Lead small group sessions and provide one-to-one support as needed. Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of the class teacher. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
