- Helping the Class Teacher deliver their pre-planned lessons, ensuring the flow of the lesson is smooth and efficient
- Assisting students that require support during the class, noticing when students are struggling with tasks and being proactive in supporting them
- Providing key assistance to students with SEN to ensure that they are benefitting from the same experience as other students
- Managing behaviour where applicable to make the classroom a positive learning environment
