A vibrant Primary School in central Stockport is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a young child in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with complex needs, including autism and ADHD. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled individual to make a real impact, helping a student thrive in a supportive and inclusive setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children on a one-to-one basis, especially those with additional needs, and will be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with teachers and staff. While a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification and Team Teach training are beneficial, they are not essential for the right candidate with a caring approach and relevant experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience supporting SEND students on a 1:1 basis
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills
  • Team Teach and/or Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (preferred but not required)
