We pride ourselves on providing excellent client care, delivering tailored legal solutions to meet the personal and financial needs of our clients.Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Private Client Paralegal or Fee Earner to join our clients busy and dynamic private client team. This full-time, office-based position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, professional environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents
  • Draft and administer probate applications and assist with estate administration
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and other professionals, offering exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the management of client files and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct legal research and provide support to senior fee earners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Take responsibility for a caseload, managing matters efficiently and proactively
  • Provide clients with updates and ensure that their needs are met with professionalism and sensitivity
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a private client role (Paralegal or Fee Earner level)
  • Knowledge and understanding of private client work, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your caseload effectively, with a proactive approach
  • Experience in using legal case management software is desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high standards of work

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Legal qualification (CILEx or similar) is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience working in a high street legal practice is an advantage
